Cancellation Policy

As a small business, cancellations have a significant impact. We strive to treat our clients fairly:

No Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Trips may be rescheduled with at least two weeks’ notice, and your deposit will be held for up to one year.
Weather Policy: If dangerous weather (as determined by the Captain) prevents your trip, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Cancellations made within two weeks of your trip will be charged the full amount.
